Ser\u00e1 mejor disponer de una radio que me permita tanto hablar (emitir) como escuchar (recibir), \u00bfno?<\/p><p>Pues no. Porque aunque escuchar es libre (puedes recibir cualquier frecuencia que se est\u00e9 emitiendo en el aire), <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>emitir est\u00e1 regulado<\/strong><\/span>. No podemos transmitir ning\u00fan tipo de informaci\u00f3n mediante radio (hay alguna excepci\u00f3n, como la banda ciudadana), si no disponemos de una licencia de radio aficionado.<\/p><p>Aunque estas licencias son sencillas de conseguir (necesitas pasar un examen t\u00e9cnico), el transmitir sin ella esta <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>altamente sancionado.<\/strong><\/span> Las multas pueden ser del orden de miles de euros, en el caso de Espa\u00f1a, si se transmite en bandas de uso general. Las emisiones, adem\u00e1s, son rastreadas y no es muy dif\u00edcil encontrar a alguien que est\u00e9 emitiendo sin licencia.\u00a0<\/p><p>Luego, si quieres estar informado en una emergencia, sin tener ning\u00fan porblema, utiliza una radio <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>QUE NO PUEDA EMITIR.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Te dejo aqu\u00ed abajo
